Sleepy

ここの所、なんだか眠い。
クラスを取ってるわけではないので眠い理由も大してないのだが、眠い。
今日もいつの間にか寝る。そして起きたら夜中1:30。

最近取ってもいないaccountigのクラスに出て、何の因果か連結決算仕訳の講義を受ける。
問題を解いているだけなので問題を持っていない自分としてはあんまり何を言ってるかわからない。
でも、あーそこはめんどいなーとかくらいはわかりつつ、もうそこは勉強したくない、と思いつつ。

連結とは関係ないけど1つ先生が言ってたのは、その他有価証券の評価方法。
やっぱりP/Lを通さない評価方法はterribleと言っていた。
うーん、やっぱりアメリカ人でも同じことを考えるのか、と感心。
でも、あれアメリカが考えたんじゃないのか？と。
どっちつかずの有価証券の評価損益がP/Lの当期純利益を左右するっていうのが
気に入らないっていう心は理解できるけど。まー、気持ち悪い処理には違いない。

In a couple of days, I’m so sleepy.
Even though I don’t take any class in this quarter, I’m sleepy.
Because of that, I fell asleep in spite of myself and got up 1:30am.

Recently, I’m taking accounting class without registering. A topic is consolidated financial statement. I can’t understand what professor said because I don’t have questions which he solve in the class. But I can understand which part is complicated. I don’t want to study in that part.

One time, he talked about how to evaluate security of sales for available.
After all, he said this method is terrible because the account doesn’t go through income statement. I impressed because he felt same way as Japanese. But is this method from America, isn’t it?

I can understand the opinion which abstract security should not come up in income statement. If it is in income statement, it changes net income although it is not related to operation. Anyway, this method is uncomfortable for everyone.
